Positive: + very spacious house and really large garden + additional support with drinking water + sleeping rooms in first floor with separate toilet + very quiet surrounding with lot of trees in the garden + parking for free in front of the house + well heated rooms

Negative: - no dish washer - very expensive fee for the pet (little Jack Russel was 10.- extra per dog....so other dogs had to sleep in the car)

Positive: The ongoing efficient communication with the owner was amazing. The little home was authentic and well stocked. The village was quiet and friendly. The home was exceptionally clean, and we felt at peace and very safe.I also loved the information booklet left by the owner. We didn't need anything apart from a place to wash our clothes if staying a while, but there could have been a washer that I missed.

Negative: For us, the distance from town was too long. However, that is our own personal preference and we propable should have checked better. Also, be mindful that GPS can send you on roads that aren't car safe. I would have liked instructions on the different appliances.

Positive: Grigorios, the host was always available for any questions we had about our stay in Crete. The building was very cozy and a perfect fit for a couple. Breakfast was plenty, and in case something was missing, we could find groceries in the village near by (7 minutes by car), including small bakeries. The building was well equipped, very clean and was mixed with traditional and modern elements. The bathroom was nicely renovated.

Negative: The street is very near to the entry of the building, seen even from bed. Grigorios was very helpful in applying a blinder on the door’s window so it wasn’t that transparent anymore. In the long-term we would suggest installing a small fence at the outside hall, so the guests can feel more private inside.

Summary: We had a pleasant stay, thank you, Grigorios!
