Summary: Elevator wasn’t working. Did not received the complimentary champagne as advertised. Many area need new paint. Half the whirlpools didn’t work in spa area. This place needs new management asap. The overall experience felt like the management didn’t care and don’t understand the industry.

Summary: It needs more maintenance, in-depth and daily. How to be, the lock of the room broke, the elevator too. In a water mirror there was a dead pigeon, we had to notify the reception and only there they took it out

Summary: the hotel is excellent, the cleanliness and maintenance very good, swimming pool and landscape amazing, however the food is expensive and average, you can spend almost an hour just to get one sandwich, and don't have food service in the swimming pool. the restaurant is very poor, however The SPA even though a little bit expensive is Outstanding

Summary: Property is beautiful but not needs a lot of maintenance. The room was very big but the furniture is old, barely any hangers for clothing. Did not feel like a luxury hotel.

Summary: I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. The price-quality ratio is excellent, offering great value. However, I was a bit disappointed with the maintenance of the facilities. It was quite evident that the property hasn’t received the necessary upkeep, and the wear and tear over time was noticeable. Despite this, the overall experience was positive, thanks to the outstanding service.

Summary: Beautiful hotel, they should include a coffee maker in the room, takes a long time to reach room service, besides that everything else was ok

Summary: Overall good stay, somebody should tell the guards on the gate that they’re not guarding Argentina’s nuclear arsenal though. Very serious, Restaurant menu is a bit limited better to go to Italpast. Spa and golf facilities were good as is the “sala de juegos” and kids room good place to go with family,Nice spacious room.
