Positive: We like the location of the hotel within easy walking distances to the waterfront, museum and restaurants. Room is nicely decorated. Staffs are friendly.
Negative: Showers amenities like shampoo and Bath gel bottle pumps were placed too high and difficult to get the pump going due to its' height. Daily housekeeping was very basic. Maid didn't even bothered to replace empty toilet roll or Coffee pods. Nor did she once vacuum the carpet during our stay even though it obviously needed doing.Bed cushions were left on the floor after the bed been made up. For us the standard of Housekeeping was really a 2 stars standard for a 5 stars Hotel. We had a few drinks at the lobby bar but find the lighting far too bright to be a cosy place for relaxation.
Summary: Nice stay but unfortunately experience let down by housekeeping standard.

Negative: Hard to fault really, a very nice stay indeed. Parking was a bit of an odd arrangement and there is a cemetery across the road (might be off putting for some)

Positive: This was the best stay in a hotel I have ever experienced, from walking through the door till check out, the staff were exceptional and turned a girls weekend away into the most memorable stay! A special shout out to Sergio for his outstanding customer service, make him employee of the month please :)

Positive: Very comfortable room, great breakfast and location is excellent. Reception area is very comfortable, and breakfast staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Will certainly stay here again and recommend to friends.
Negative: Check in was a bit slow and some errors made with billing on check out. My room was not made up on 1 of the days of my stay.

Negative: This is just a little thing, but my husband really wanted for us to sit and enjoy a couple of cocktails after an event we’d been to. This was at 10pm on Saturday night - the bar was open but they weren’t making cocktails.
