Positive: I loved their breakfast. The room is very comfortable. The decoration and the items displayed all around the hotels are stunning.

Negative: I checked in around 8:30. They didn't even have a staff to carry my luggage up to my room. Check-out was the same.

Negative: If ask to help carry the bags and there no bell boys available, they give us a trolley saying have to take care ourself?? Wat kind of service is this?
