Positive: We had a very beautiful and spacious room with a wonderful sea view, which we really enjoyed. The beach is located very close to the hotel and felt private and relaxing. Even though it was a bit cooler during our stay, it was still lovely to walk along the shore. We also liked that the three hotels belong to the same group, which allowed us to explore different beach areas and facilities, offering more variety. The staff was consistently very friendly and welcoming.

Negative: The buffet was very large and offered a wide selection, which is impressive at first. However, after one or two days, many dishes tasted quite similar, and there was less variation in flavor than expected. Additionally, there were a few stray dogs on the beach.

Summary: A relaxing stay with a beautiful sea view, friendly staff, and great beach access.

Positive: we had a great time with family , specially for my daughter in the club, I was expecting that the covered swimming pool was inside the same hotel but you have to go to Bel azure the hotel nearby . Staff reception was very nice . View sea side also was wonderful .

Negative: Staff cleaners disappointed me we ask them to clean our room they answered in rud way that we have to wait for her cause she have her own sequence.plus they fight together with loud voices. Restaurants they have only one person doing omelet the queue was very long plus cheese was horrible don't expect too much is below standard.

Positive: All stuff were nice, especially Iman hope I got the name right at reception, would go extra mile to make your stay comfortable. I stayed for one day and they kindly allowed me to do late check out. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Min walk to the beach and walking distance to madina. Food and deserts was excellent. I would choose to stay hear again in the future.

Positive: The location and public areas are wonderful. Well presented restaurants that have excellent menus; the superb food was the highlight of my holiday aswell as the poolside. Very impressed with the service particularly in the restaurants, great waiters and the serving staff behind the food counters. Thank you Madam Aya Jdidi for always greeting and enquiring about my needs. Reception staff and porters were always eager to help. The efficient customer service manager will remedy any problems - the famous Madam Dorsaf, such a pleasure to have met such a genuinely caring person. Loved Hammamet great place to visit.

Negative: Unfortunately Madam Dorsaf was not on duty late evening which resulted in me not being entirely satisfied with my stay. I liked my room and I have absolutely no problems with rooms being dated, hygiene is very important to me, when I turned down the single bed it had linen that did not look clean nor were they ironed it was the same for the second single bed. The reception staff stated I could change rooms both rooms I saw also had beds with unsightly looking linen. I stayed in the original room and slept on top of the bed. Better quality linen that is ironed is a must for any establishment let alone a four star. The brass mirror in the bathroom needed replacing it was discoloured and falling apart. The blankets should be in sealed paper packages so guests are assured they have been laundered after each use.

Positive: The reception team was very friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Dorsaf who looked after us making sure our stay was very comfortable and relaxing (making this hotel 10 out of 10)!! The location on the beach was excellent and within a 15 minute walk to the Medina. The restaurant had a good variety of food at meal times.

Positive: Everything was very good. The hotel was clean, comfortable and well maintained, with a great atmosphere. The location was nice and relaxing, and the facilities were good. Madam Dorsaf was especially kind and welcoming – she took very good care of us and made us feel truly welcome from the first moment. The service overall was excellent.

Negative: The bed could have been more comfortable, but overall everything met our expectations and the stay was very pleasant.
