Positive: Beautiful, modern, newly built villa — spacious, spotless, quiet, and very comfortable. The pool is pristine, blackout blinds ensure restful sleep, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The washing machine works well, with a clothesline outside. Special thanks to Hector for his excellent customer service. Although automated messages specify payment via bank transfer, guests can simply pay by credit card at check‑in.

Negative: Communication with the property management team could be improved. Although automated messages advised that they were available via WhatsApp for any queries, my messages went unanswered for a week until I called directly. Despite completing the pre‑check‑in form, the requested arrangements (such as the airport transfer) were not actioned. Check‑in was also challenging, as the property we had booked was still occupied upon arrival, and an alternative property had to be prepared. Additionally, the first airport transfer we booked did not arrive, requiring us to make last‑minute arrangements ourselves. To their credit, the team did reimburse us for our out-of-pocket expense.
