Positive: The host Manuela was extremely nice and helpful. The accomodation was very cosy and we really enjoyed the swimming pool and the veranda for our breakfasts. The location is very close to Monopoli (5-10 min by car) and at walking distance from the beach. It is also a very good starting point to visit the all area.

Positive: The apartment is a basement conversion of a private villa. It feels very private, has all the equipment you would expect from self-catering accommodation. The highlight is the outdoor space: use of the pool, which is a generous size, areas of the garden reserved for guests including outdoor dining area and BBQ. There are public beaches within walking distance (we drove because we didn't fancy walking back in the heat), also plenty of private beaches to choose from. Monopoli is a 10 minute drive with restaurants, shops and everything you would expect from an Italian town. There are also some restaurants in Capitolo which is a 10-15 minute walk. The owner of the property was friendly and gave us lots of recommendations and tips which helped us make the most of our holiday.
