We welcome you to stay in one of our new boutique cottages that were constructed in the 1920's Craftsman style. A style that was so evident in early Solvang homes. The style, quality workmanship, and being beautifully appointed with antiques from the Santa Ynez Valley makes the cottages distinctive and one of a kind. There are 4 cottages--each with a private porch or patio, fully equipped kitchen, queen sofa bed in living area, tiled shower, and granite countertops. Two of the cottages are wheelchair accessible and one cottage meets ADA standards. Located in the quaint town of Solvang and within walking distance of many eateries, wine tasting rooms, bakeries, and boutiques makes staying at the cottages convenient and carefree. Golf, horseback riding, hiking, and biking are just minutes away. Our parking is private and easy to access enabling one to easily visit the Santa Ynez Valley, known for its pastural scenes and world renown wine tasting.

Summary: We had a great stay at the cottages. Really nice property located in a very good location in Solvang. Plenty to see and do. Easy walking around town. We were there for an extended length of time and had no issues. The only thing to be aware of is that the place only has what I would call a kitchenette and is not suitable for cooking a big meal. I highly recommend the property.

Summary: We enjoyed our home away from home for 1 week while working and playing in Solvang. The wi-fi signal was strong and there were 2 table areas for both myself and my boyfriend to work “from home” for the second half of the week. The central location was great for walking around during the day and evening. Lovely little oasis right in the middle of town.

Summary: This was such a lovely cottage for our family wedding weekend. The host provided a delicious Danish ring which was a special treat and lovely welcome note. It has a lovely porch to accept visitors which was really special since we had so much family in town. They enjoyed visiting the cottage as much as we did sitting and admiring the lovely garden and taking in the fresh air. It’s centrally located to the Main Street for Solvang which makes it perfect to step out and grab a bite or just browse the shops. The host and Manager David ( and team) were wonderful to work with and were very responsive to our requests. It’s beautiful, clean and cozy. We highly recommend these cottages if you are visiting the Santa Ynez valley. ❤️

Summary: We loved our little cottage in Solvang. It was so nice and clean, very tasteful, everything you could want or need in a vacation rental. They even left us the most amazing almond danish that we ate on for 3 days!! I highly recommend the cottages. We could walk to all of the amazing restaurants and stroll the cute streets.
