Tasman Terrace is apartment-style accommodation which has been purpose built for the comfort and relaxation of couples and families in mind. Enjoy spectacular views of Seal Rock and the Nobbies, from your own private balcony. Winter or summer, Tasman Terrace is the perfect getaway for one or two couples or a family ( see note below*).
Situated on the Mornington Peninsula, this Somers holiday accommodation is a 2 bedroom, holiday apartment, set in a spacious garden overlooking Westernport Bay and Phillip Island.
It has a fully equipped kitchen, gas log fire, air conditioning, bathroom with spa bath, barbecue, outdoor eating area with bay view, one king-bed that can become 2 king singles, one queen bed and a washing machine.
Both bedrooms have their own TV set and the king size bedroom has its own walk-in robe.
Quality linen and towels supplied and replaced weekly.
Off street parking for 2 cars. Room for boat storage as well. Plenty of grassed area for backyard games.
It is only a short 3 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute pleasant stroll to the local Somers Store for an early morning coffee, breakfast or lunch.

After a day at the beach, or visiting one of the many local attractions the Peninsula has to offer, come home to a relaxing spa bath and enjoy a quiet evening on the balcony watching the ever changing colours of the sea.
You can enjoy the abundant bird life and you may even get to meet one of the local koalas as they have been known to stroll lazily through the property as they move from tree to tree around Somers.

Summary: A gorgeous little cabin with a clear sea view across to Phillip Island and around toward Flinders, hard to stop looking at the view. I was lucky enough to have sunshine for most of the week and sitting out on the balcony was wonderful. The cabin itself adjoins the main house but is private and entirely separate. Lots of helpful additions such as salt and pepper, wrapping and paper towel, shampoo, comfortable furnishings and very clean. Perfect space for couples. Smart TV was really appreciated - was able to access my current subscriptions.Worth noting cabin is accessed by severalsteps and has a few steps between the split level bedrooms/bathroom and living area. I couldn’t access the balcony light but I might not have looked hard enough. From Somers I was able to easily reach Balnarring, Point Leo and Flinders- a beautifully quiet part of the peninsula. Communication with hosts excellent. Many thanks Brenda and Janus.

Summary: Comfortable, clean home away from home with the added bonus of a sea view and the beach a short walk away. Good comms with our hosts prior and during our stay too. Nothing to fault. Everything was perfect and we would stay there again.

Summary: This gorgeous place was a holiday we would definitely go back to. The pictures do not give it justice. Not only is the view spectacular the unit was extremely clean. Everything you needed was there, there was no noise,just the sound of the waves crashing. The couch and chairs are so comfy, and so is the bed. There is plenty of room to move around. They provide tea coffee and other small items we might need PERFECT. There was only one issue the fireplace kept turning off. We truly hope we get to go back to this delightful holiday stay again and again to recharge the batteries. Thank you so much for sharing your little bit of paradise with us.

Summary: Beautiful and relaxing location to spend a weekend away with our son and partner while visiting them in Melbourne. Great views and very comfortable living space with easy access to the beach for walks in either direction. Enjoyed exploring the peninsular, especially the monthly community market at Red Hill, Pt Leo winery, St Andrews Beach Brewery and beaches at Flinders and Safety Beach. Our hosts Brenda and Janus were both very welcoming and helpful. Will hopefully return on our next visit to Australia.

Summary: The accommodation has great views. Very comfortable. Two excellent bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Everything from bed linen to toiletries was top notch, but the best part is the hosts. Both Brenda and Janus made suite that our stay was perfect. The day we reached there, it was raining and before we knew Janus came with three umbrellas. You cant beat that kind of hospitality. Thanks!
