Positive: The front desk staff were helpful always. The location is ideal for the CBD as well as convenient metro connections to tourist attractions south of the Qiantang River. The suite had very basic decor and furnishing, nevertheless completely functional and clean. Well stocked with appliances, crockery and utensils - all in good condition.

Negative: The self service dining room is more of a canteen apparently run by a third party. Very basic Chinese breakfast yet plenty of it. If you're wishing to dine "continental", have breakfast outside.
