Summary: The Somerset Xian is in a nice location, with short distance from goose towers and the city castle. Also close to a modern shopping mall. The staffs were kind and friendly. Diego spoke good English and very helpful. We stayed in a suite room and it was large and clean. Strongly recommended!

Summary: The staff at Somerset was friendly, kind, and caring! They attended to all of our needs and treated us like family. Check in and check out process was also a breeze! Will definitely recommend staying here!

Summary: We don't often write reviews, but would like to share how much we enjoyed our stay at Somerset Xindicheng Xi'an. What a thoughtfully-equipped, spacious and pleasant place to stay, with lovely staff, too. (After asking for soy milk during our first breakfast, I was brought some every morning without even having to ask, for example). The breakfast buffet offerings varied every day, the gym and pool are pleasant (even if there could be more machines in the gym), and the location was very convenient for us. Very good value, and easily our favourite aparthotel on our 3-week trip of China! (Try the Mongolean beef place at the mall next door, or the nearby Lotus restaurant for good meals.)

Summary: Good property with sufficient room for a family of four. Staff are friendly and nice. Brought us a baby crib as soon as we asked. Location is decent, nothing particularly exciting nearby, except the mall has a lot of food options

Summary: The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Like to especially thank 王云 who went out of her way to help us secure entrance tickets to the Shannxi History Museum on line. Appreciate her patience as it took numerous attempts to do so.

Summary: Comfortable room. Located outside of the city centre. About 90mins walk and 30mins drive. Next to a shopping mall, provide good amenities if needed

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at the Somerset Serviced Apartments in Xi'an. Upon arrival we were upgraded, for free, to a very large apartment/lobby that was much better than the one we had booked. The apartment was very large, spotlessly clean, very well furnished, comfortable and with all the necessary facilities. Service desk was very attentive and friendly. The location is also very good, even if Xi'an is a large city. We were some 10-15 mins by taxi from the centre of town - the Drum Tower and Muslim Area, and yet with plenty of very good options to eat around. Highly recommended!

Summary: Nice, clean and bright apartments. Very good value. Staff was helpful. Food choice of breakfast was quite limited. Nice gym with yoga studio. Didn't try the pool as water was too cold but it looked good with reasonable size. The property does not have restaurants, other than the lounge serving breakfast but there are quite a number of F&B outlets at the shopping centre just next to the property. Another hotel with a good Chinese restaurant was only across the road and you could be there by less than 10 minutes on foot. Also walking distance to 小雁塔 and 西安博物館。
