Summary: Photos are definitely deceiving but the place was overall alright. It's fine for the price and location. Really can't complain too much for where it's located and the affordability. Not the cleanest or well stocked apartment but me and my 2 teenagers (15 & 18) did fine. Elevator is awful and will hold you hostage, directions aren't clear enough and parking is confusing.

Summary: The pictures in the ad were totally different from the actual property. The unit was on the “second” floor which was actually the ground level and it faced an alley with dumpsters and the drive through section of a bank. This should be communicated to potential guests ahead of time. The carpet in the hallways leading to the unit had numerous stains from who knows what and the carpet in the bedroom of the unit had what looked like a giant bleach stain. There was no where to place you toiletries (soap, razor, shampoo, etc.) in the shower except the floor. The noise from the tenant above (stomping, items dropping on the floor) went on for hours and not to mention the blaring noise from the live bad playing in the bar across the street.

Summary: I have to make trips for heart checkups and live out of town. This is a great location and price for exactly what we need. Except for the elevator. It stopped working the second night and the morning of checkout, so we had to do the stairs. I was well enough this time that it wasn’t an issue but a few weeks back it would have been catastrophic. Great unit and communication.

Summary: Great location. Could have been cleaner and the room we got was not in a great location within the building. Beside the garbage shoot. Not a great location. The kitchen faucet was hanging on by a thread. Wabbled around and wasn’t stable. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Summary: This was perfect for our stay and visit to Nashville. We utilized the kitchen, washer/dryer and BBQ out by the pool. The apartment was spacious and convenient to all our favorite spots. This apartment is very well kept and we will book again in the future.
