Summary: Pros * Great Location: Can walk to lots * Cost effective * AC worked well * Gym Cons * Bed: So uncomfortable we slept on the couch. It is the most uncomfortable bed we've ever slept in, and we've been to many rentals and my husband travels a lot. Unbearably firm. * Noise: The people above us came home between 2 and 4 am 3 out of 4 nights and woke us up with thuds, banging and loud voices that went on for 30 min to an hour. We reported this after the third time. Someone tried to open our door at 4:30 am one night because they had the wrong room. * The light from the courtyard flooded the apartment with light. The window coverings were not effective at darkening the room. * Cleanliness: Passibly clean on the inside. The shower showed mildew. The hallway carpets were stained; building was humid; stairwells were sticky. *Registration: Required additional personal info beyond what VRBO requires including scanning our driver's license, photo of our face, and providing our social security number. * Parking: We had to pay separately for parking in the attached parking garage. Instructions were not clear and even though we had paid for parking, we still received a parking ticket the first day. We notified the company. They did not reimburse us. * Bare Bones: Kitchen had basic items. While there was coffee and tea like you might find in a hotel, there were no coffee filters. The shower did not have a shelf to set your soap or shampoo. The toilet paper was thin and very rough.

Summary: This property was very good. I appreciated the separation of bedroom areas and it was an excellent location for trips to Vandy Medical. Also, the food close by is great so no need to go too far. Would have loved some furniture on the balcony. This unit was clean.
