Summary: The place has potential. Dont let the signs of how to reach us fool you. They dont answer emails or texts and when you call they dont know how to help you. Automatic lock was not letting us in, long story short housekeeper had not set code yet. Now about housekeeping, place was so dusty my allergies wete going crazy. Cobwebs hanging from ceiling, food splashes on walls, dirty inside windows. Beds were not finished makeing. We put on comforter and went and found pillows in closet. The good parts are good location close to L, grocery store, and felt safe. Apartment was spacious, though despertaly needs a paint job and better cleaning. Comfortable master bedroom, OK second bedroom. I like the concept, but this is a Marriot property, so I expected better.

Summary: Disappointing for a Sonder, I typically have better experiences. Cleaning staff swearing and get frustrated with guests, requested a room cleaning and policy is that it is an extra $175 so I skipped it. Location is fine - just note there’s not a lot nearby.

Summary: From the moment we walked into the apartment, we were disappointed. It bore no resemblance to any of the photographs on the website. When I contacted them via the app (since there's no reception), I was told there was no alternative. Then there was the aircon issue. There was no control for the a/c in the lounge/kitchen area. Four of us looked EVERYWHERE for it, including inside cupboard. Their solution on the app? To look closer... Patronising much? It turned out the a/c in the lounge was controlled by the a/c unit in the smaller bedroom when clearly they should be separate. Overall, unimpressed and won't be returning. Kitchen facilities were good enough, including a kettle, and the availability of more dishwasher and washing tabs and toilet & kitchen roll was useful (though we only found out about them via a review, as there's no information booklet or information on the app about it). It was definitely not worth the money.
