Summary: We enjoyed our first Sonder stay but wish the bath tub was cleaned better, there was a blanket provided for comfort while movie watching and an actual view - not obstructed by trees.

Summary: Hotel was super clean and comfortable. Nice bathtub and shower, and big window with a view of the museum of nature. I reallt enjoyed using the kitchen but i had to buy some staples like salt and oil. The coffee maker didnt work super well but everything else was in good condition. Also location was perfect.

Summary: The check in is smooth and convenient, because we are just following pre-set instructions to check in. The room was spacious and tidy, however when we ask for the sofa bed to be setup, all we get is an instruction from the chat to tell you “how to setup for yourself”, the sofa bed is really heavy and we eventually give up trying…... Also, the Air conditioning is really loud, and it somehow affects our sleeps.

Summary: The room was a good size, nicely designed, and well located. However, the sofa bed was a disaster. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable — it felt like it was just springs with no padding. Our two children ended up having to sleep on the main sofa instead. Also, the bathroom was missing shower soap. Overall, we were very disappointed.

Summary: Impossible to sleep if you need to use the air conditioning. It is like having a jet engine in the room. I wondered why ear plugs were supplied in the bedroom until I heard the noise. Very large bed and very comfortable. Very close to the Museum of Nature which was perfect for our visit.

Summary: Place was comfy and easy to access. Would have been nice to have some water bottles, and the carpet was a little dirty. Also, never found the card they said was in the room with the wifi details.
