Positive: The facilities, location and pool were fabulous . The staff were very pleasant and helpful
Negative: The balcony was a bit tatty and chairs weren't comfortable .a small table and 4 chairs as there were 4 of us and it only had 2 chairs if booking ask for pool view far nicer

Positive: The apartment was very spacious and modern , very clean and a convenient location for broadway just bring a short bus ride . Staff on the app were quick to respond to any questions .
Negative: The pool was small for the size of the property and not deep enough to swim .

Positive: The apartment and facilities were nice. the number 7 bus stopped just outside and brings you straight to broadway in a few minutes. the beds were very comfortable and the rooms were well equipped.
Negative: Our apartment was directly above the street and was very noisy. Ambulances pass with full horns and sirens every few minutes and trucks and buses are quite loud passing by. There is strict rules within the complex, including absolutly no visitors and no smoking or vaping in the building at all, incuding your balcony.
Summary: I'd probably stay closer to broadway next time

Positive: The location was excellent, it was away from the hustle and bustle of Nashville. The apartment itself was excellent it was very spacious, we had 2 big rooms with a dining area and lounge. The AC and wifi were excellent. It felt like a home from home and I'd definitely stay there again. The swimming pool was excellent too.
Negative: I stayed in the left hand room on the 1st night but there was a constant droning noise coming from outside the window (even closed you could hear it vividly) because we were on the second floor we had a ventilator system right outside the window which we think was for the carpark, in the end I ended swapping bedrooms but that noise needs to be looked at because it's permanently constant and could be annoying for a lot of guests especially if you're staying for 2 weeks like we did.

Negative: The directions to get to parking garage and the room is confusing. I think it might be die to the recent change of ownership, but Igot conflicting information on how to even get in the property.

Positive: It was so local to everything! Miss it so much already I’m already looking at a trip back. The location is perfect. Pool and gym also included. We also had shops on the whole strip.

Positive: We loved the pool and fact that we had our own kitchen with a fridge and ice machine, as well as a washer and dryer.
Negative: Wish it was a little closer to down town, it was about a 40 minute walk. However there were scooters available to rent to get downtown within 15 minutes.
