Summary: We arrived to be told no rooms available. Asked to speak to a manager and 20 minutes later!!!!!! They Eventually they “found” a room but without a balcony as was requested in my reservation. When we got to the room, AC didn’t work. Temp in the room was 89 and 92 outside. Attempted to call the front office but the phone was broken!!!! Walked back to the desk and complained. They then “found” another room, despite the fact that NONE were originally available and they were blaming Hotels. Com for causing their over booking. Finally got to our room 1.5 hours later at 0030. Just a miserable experience

Summary: The room was dirty, including the bathroom toilet, which also seemed to have some issues draining. The second floor smelt like sewer. There were massive cockroaches out front. The pools do not connect from the inside to the out which was disappointing. The people were very friendly though. Just disappointed considering it was advised as an upscale hotel, I even had to pay $14 per night for parking.

Summary: Our room was really decent. It was modern and nice sized. The lobby was very cute and the staff was friendly. HOWEVER the parking lot was TRASHY! I said something twice to the receptionist and it was never cleaned. We stayed from Friday to Monday and that trash was there the entire stay! Every trash can was overflowing with trash and it was all over the parking lot. It was disgusting! I only got two photos but it was more trash out in the parking lot on the ground and in other trash cans.

Summary: Had a great stay with a smooth easy and quick check in! Room was clean and comfortable and the 4th of July pool party was a blast!

Summary: Overall, a very nice facility for its age. The carpets seemed to need a good cleaning. Watch out for the bottles of water that appear to be left for you, but actually cost $9.00 each! Luckily, we didn't fall for it.

Summary: Overall, this hotel is very nice. The staff was great and the beds were very comfortable. The one area for improvement would be the bathrooms. They are showing age and could use a renovation. Also, the area around the property appears borderline safe - odd, as there is a Ferrari dealership a couple doors down. However, it wasn't enough of a reason to keep us from coming back. We would stay here again.
