Summary: It was amazing! Not to mention the Staff was so sweet and very,very kind! Especially Taylor the beautiful woman at the front desk! She is a breath of fresh air just all around amazing soul!!

Summary: The staff were very helpful and friendly our whole stay. I think it would be important if the website and hotels.com listings were to mention that the large suites are all upstairs. And there is no elevator. We had to change our reservation to 2 separate rooms because we could not use the stairs. The rooms were clean but run down, the photos are not accurate. We had cracked tiles on the floors, and our shower curtain was held up with zip ties. The beds were saggy and not comfortable. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke. Since there were no more available rooms with two queen beds, we were stuck. There are a lot of long-term guests as well. In our 4 day stay, we never got a parking spot near our room. We had to park all the way around the building. The second room we rented for the other family in our group, had a lot of night time activity above them. With lots of knocking on doors off and on all night. We're talking like 40 times. Feel free to make your own conclusions on that one. I don't know if we'll ever go back.

Summary: Love the king suite, however the last room had pet hair on most areas and dishes weren't clean. I cleaned most of it though.

Summary: Fine for a business or personal trip for a solo person. I had a clean room that was adequate in amenities, and I’d stay there again. Wouldn’t take my girl on a romantic getaway here but it does the trick for a week stay for a single guy

Summary: Spacious room and is tidy! A maze of buildings makes it a bit confusing. Also no hot continental breakfast like was stated in the write up and that’s unfortunate!

Summary: What a great place to stay! Staff were very friendly, and our room was very spacious!! Breakfast was grab and go, so pre-made sandwiches, pop tarts and coffee was available. The room could use new carpet, but was clean overall. It felt like a home away from home!
