Summary: Pool was not available. Disappointing because we chose that hotel for the pool. Guests were smoking pot right below our window. We were charged for self parking in a huge lot on premises.

Summary: I stayed here for three nights on a solo visit to friends who live in the area. Although I frequently visit the Lowell region, I will not return to this hotel. The building is shabby, with many scuff marks along the hallways and broken door handles, and worn furniture in the room, etc. When I arrived, the room with the ice machine was blocked off because it flooded. My room was not cleaned well (as you can see in the photos) and the bathroom was pitiful: the sink's water pressure was a dribble and the shower's faucet was broken, causing me to cut myself. Additionally, the large parking lot appears to be used for various nefarious purposes after dark; I was given a parking pass for my car, but when I returned to the hotel at 10 PM, I saw many random cars with their engines running around the area. The next morning, a staff member appeared to be sleeping in her car before or after her shift (and let me just say, I'm sorry that is her situation). The breakfast is wildy overpriced -- $13 for a microwaved egg sandwich. I appreciate that the service was friendly enough so I contacted both the property and Hotels.com for a refund instead of posting something. The hotel refused to grant it. This honest review is the result. It's a bad hotel, y'all, avoid.

Summary: Breakfast was not included though the site said continental bf was included. Our tv had black spots on the screen. The pool was Green in the deep end but water seemed clean enough. Coffee in room could be better but they did sell coffee at front desk

Summary: The overall stay suited the trip we had to take. However, the hotel was not in walking distance from anything, the pool was under maintenance and with the hot weather it would have been nice if it was open. The ice machine didnt work and breakfast was a paid option. It would have been nice if parking at the hotel was free. They charge you a daily rate to park in the lot. The food truck option on Friday night was cool! The cleaning staff was amazing and accommodating to getting us checked in early.

Summary: The pool was not open. I asked because it said may. It is June 21 and they could not give a reason. Just not open. No working ice machine on my floor. Front service was mean about breakfast and paying extra when there were extras.
