Summary: Hotel was clean, good breakfast but the service was awful. First I got there at 3, I booked 2 rooms one for me and one for my parents, we wanted close rooms, neither of the rooms were ready, I told them I was able to wait but they were not interested. I ended up not having the room together. The second thing that just made me super mad was when going into the elevator we got in. There was a men that work there, he got mad at us because we enter the elevator. He made a not pleasant comment and exit out the elevator. The 3rd issue was the pool, they don’t explain that the pool is close Sundays after 12 and Mondays on the website. I booked it because I wanted my kids to go to the pool, I got there and the pool was closed. Overall the hotel was clean and comfortable but the service was awful.

Summary: I was in town from a different state for a basketball conference for my children. Great experience wonderful Breakfast excellent staff, clean location and pet friendly. We able to bring our dog with us. The room that they put us in did not smell like any other animals

Summary: We were on a college tour with our son and checked in after 8pm. The hotel was very clean. The employees were very friendly. Our room was a little warm and we could not turn on the air or adjust the air quality at all. I know this is a preference thing, but I have a bad back and the beds were waaay too soft. Nice amenities in the room. We were near the elevator and the walls are super thin so we had a lot of noise but are sound sleepers so that was ok for us but maybe not others. Breakfast was delicious - super friendly staff there too. Check in and out was very easy and no issues.
