Summary: I was in Redmond area for a three nights stay over the weekend. While the room was clean, I didn't receive any room service the entire time. I made sure there was no sign on my door all three days. Also, the lack of food options were an issue for me. The breakfast options were really poor. The 'healthy' option (which was the most expensive), had a tiny cup of instant oats, banana and two hard boiled eggs in a plastic pouch. Seriously, you don't even need a service person for something this basic. Just put up a vending machine. At least we wouldn't be expecting anything in particular.

Summary: Decent hotel. Annoyed that I had to pay for breakfast and parking. Tried to stay at the Fairfield Inn or the Residence Inn next door, because they have breakfast but there were no rooms. Okay place - I'd stay there again if Fairfield and Residence Inn didn't have any rooms available.

Summary: The room i stayed in was large and comfortable. The hotel is back off the street in a wooded quiet area. The bed was very comfortable. I had a nice view of a garden area. I had problems with the cable tv not picking up stations. I called the desk and they gave me steps to reset it and told me that the maintenance person had left for the day. This was early in the day approx 3:00. I had to reset tv 3 times before it finally started working correctly I called the desk and informed them that a prior guest had spilled something sticky on the carpet in front of the tv and bed -an area i walked across multiple times during my stay. The desk person said they would send housekeeping up to clean it. They never did.
