Summary: Building is definitely "unassuming" as it reminds me of a border school. Room was spacious and felt like a mini apartment. Needs updating though (tvs and overall room appeal). Feels more like an extended stay, and not always in a good way.

Summary: Location was great for our needs during our stay and the accommodation of the room was fantastic!! Very quiet area and easy free parking was a plus.

Summary: This stay was 2 weeks to stay until my husband’s last day at work in Charlotte. I figured we could stay here as long as we needed and though we still aren’t ready to move we decided to check out. It was not bearable any longer. It was not very comfortable. The refrigerator was noisy periodically throughout the day and night. The worse was the air conditioner unit. It’s an old system and it is super loud and inconsistent. The hallways were constantly filled with the stinking smell of weed. The elevator has a big jolt that occurs every time you ride it. It’s nerve wracking. We would not stay here again. This place needs a lot of work and upgrades. It has potential.
