Positive: Location is great. Cleanliness exceptional.
Negative: Front-desk staff on initial contact by phone were un-professional. Both when dealing with me and with my colleague. I was unable to use the on-site laundry facilities due to payment restrictions.

Positive: Far enough away from freeway to avoid most traffic noise Comfortable bed Good clean kitchen facilities Most staff were very friendly, but one was not helpful. Lots of restaurants nearby
Negative: A/C had a moldy smell - needs a clean? It may have improved a little over time or I started getting used to it after a few days. Refrigerator very loud Parking is additional cost despite what FAQ here said - could be a pro if you share a car with someone. The ClearToken laundry setup is not useful for foreigners to setup. (I used a good laundromat) Desk chairs are not comfortable or a good height. Not super close to the airport, but not an issue for me.
