Summary: Gorgeous home with incredible views out of every window. Truly a one-of-a-kind experience. Tim and Reuben were very generous, gracious hosts and their property managers, excellent to work with. There was a good deal of advance paperwork needed and rules to consider, but it's totally worth it. The home is a work of art in itself, but very welcoming and comfortable. We viewed the Milky Way from the primary suite windows - the night sky views are beyond. The delicious fresh pastries, bread and essentials in the fridge were so lovely and much appreciated. A wonderful time was had by all!

Summary: The property and location was absolutely magical. It was such a reset on life! The whole experience far exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail in the house was magnificent. I have stayed at many rental properties and I always seem to pack in fear now of the essentials they will not have. Not only did we have everything we needed, but there was a surplus and nice additions along the way like fresh coffee and fresh baked pastries from Local business. What a magical place! This property is truly a gift.

Summary: This property is a truly special place that is a destination unto itself. Sitting on top of a classic Northern California coastline bluff, the entire back side of the house is a wall of glass overlooking the Pacific Ocean. We spent hours just staring at the waves; it was mesmerizing! The property was perfect for both the sunny days (out on the wonderful patio area) and the rainy days (cozied-up time in front of the fireplaces and enjoying the ocean views) that we enjoyed there. The home is huge, great for a group, has a hot tub & sauna, and tons of places to explore in the area. Both the booking agent and property manager are great & responsive and everything was seamless. A perfect family Christmas holiday on the majestic Pacific!!!

Summary: If the photo of the master bedroom of On The Rocks caught your eye and made your heart skip a beat, GO! You will not be disappointed. I am extremely discerning when it comes to accommodations. My priorities are a dramatic location in the thick of nature, architectural excellence, quality furnishings and amenities, and privacy. On The Rocks checks every one of these boxes, and then some. I spent 5 nights at this spectacular property with my 2 adult children. Other family visited, and I am not exaggerating when I say every jaw dropped upon entering the master bedroom. Communication and check in were smooth and clear. We arrived at night, so I didn't see what was out the windows until the next morning. I must have spent the first 2-3 hours of daylight completely mesmerized, just staring at the sea, watching the birds sail and swoop, the seals nap on the rocks, and having my blood pressure settle with the sound of the waves. Bliss. The house is spacious, every room affords spectacular views, it's well organized, well equipped and has a fabulously outfitted kitchen: think Le Crueset, Oxo, and knives with an edge. I mentioned I was discerning. No matter where in the world I go, I bring my own coffee, which I grind at home the day of departure. This property is the only place I've ever stayed that has a coffee grinder, not to mention every other large and small electric appliance an accomplished cook might want. I intend to return. In the meantime, I'll dream about it.
