Summary: I booked this cottage because it was right by the ocean. It was beautiful. The hot tub was nice touch after long hikes in the woods. The host made sure we had everything we needed. I would book again.

Summary: I booked this cabin for a 4 night get away for my sister's 60th birthday while she was visiting from Ontario. My adult daughter also joined us for the weekend. The cabin was beautiful, very clean, well appointed and so cozy. We spent our days in the yard, in the hot tub and beachcombing on the beautiful beach. It was quiet and private and just what we were looking for. I would definitely return and would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable get away to unwind, with nature and lapping waves right at your doorstep. We absolutely loved it! Couldn't have asked for a better place.

Summary: A stylish, modern bright space from which to enjoy the view of the Strait of Juan de Fuca and the Olympic Mountain. Picture windows dominate the ocean side of the house. We loved the polished concrete floors with radiant heat ! The kitchen had all the appliances we needed and was thoughtfully stocked with various coffees, condiments, drinks and treats. The living room furnishings and beds and bedding were very comfortable. The hot tub bubbled vigorously at 104 degrees or so...really relaxing with that great ocean view. We saw deer and eagles on the property daily. This was a nice retreat for my 86 year old mom, my girlfriend and me. We enjoyed walking on the stony beach and sitting on the driftwood logs. Hopefully we will return to enjoy the Sooke area and this home in particular. The hosts certainly staged a wonderful setting for our vacation. Thanks again from Steve, Rose and Janett !

Summary: Just as the photos show, this cabin on the ocean is nothing short of relaxing and enjoyable. Something for each of us, hot tub steps from the door overlooking the ocean, grass front for yard games, firepit on the beach, large windows/doors so you can enjoy the view from every room. I'm impressed that it is only 750 square feet as the layout made it feel a lot bigger. Modern, clean finishes too. Made a 30 minute drive North to Mystic Beach and would highly recommend checking it out if you don't mind a bit of a hike. Thank you for a lovely stay, we definitely hope to be back again!
