Positive: The staff were all so friendly polite and helpful. The atmosphere was really pleasant and relaxed and the hotel is situated at the prettiest end of the bay with its own pier and with beautiful white powdery sand and turquoise sea which was all very clean; lovely pool with well maintained garden area. Great food and cocktails. 20 mins stroll to bars and restaurants. Rooms so spacious and comfy bed with super soft bedding. Perfect in every way.
Negative: No complaints whatsoever

Positive: Direct access to the beach; The sea is not deep; we can easily have feet on 50 - 100 metres, and in a very progressive way; quiet location; very nice pool. Very good welcome by the reception (thank you Thav; very friendly, good advice for activities to do). The on-site catering is also good; possibility to also have a table on the sand facing the sea for dinner.
Negative: It all depends on the needs but the wifi in the rooms allows you to surf the sites; consult emails and send messages; it was quite slow via my phone; the connection seems limit for video streaming (I have not tested). On the other hand, for those who want to disconnect; it’s perfect!
Summary: Beautiful place, I do not regret my choice at all, and I will choose SoonNoeng Resort again without hesitation.

Positive: The free breakfast was fantastic and filled with options. They served breads, sweets, noodles, rice dishes, fruits, veggies, coffee, tea, and eggs cooked to order. The accommodations were very nice. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were large. The air conditioning worked great in my room. The resort grounds are highly maintained. The grounds and the beach are raked and kept clean hourly. There are comfortable lounge chairs and hammocks spread all throughout the compound, and the big pool is fantastic for lounging around. The long sandy beach is absolutely beautiful, and the water is incredibly clear. Getting here was easy. The water taxi dropped us off directly at the pier right in front of the resort property. The service here truly stands out. The bartenders and restaurant staff were so kind and attentive. Every single night, they made sure our large group had a table beautifully set up with perfect views of the ocean.
Negative: Nothing that the resort could control. We had quite a bit of hard rain during the three days were there in July which caused minor inconveniences.
Summary: Book this resort, you will not be disappointed!

Positive: we loved the breakfast, pool, dinners, drinking prices were very reasonable
Negative: the breakfast tea pot needs 2 tea bags not one. The beach was a major disappointment with the contaminated green sand caused by the drain running into the sea. this could make someone very sick. the beach on the of the jetty was much better but the paddle-boards are not available other there

Positive: Magic place for an island get away. Found myself returning there 3 times during my 3-month’s stay in Cambodia. What I appreciated most is how quiet and peaceful the place was, the fact that there were very few people around, an exceptionally clean sea, decent seafood at barbecues every night served right at the beach.
