* No large Parties or Events, as a consequence police will be called everyone will be out from the home. Small gatherings are permitted 8 and under.
* Check-in time is 3pm - 2am (fees apply after 9pm)
* No Extra/ Overnight Guests
* No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture (unless otherwise specified)
* No unplugging of the electronics like Tvs, cable boxes, lamps, etc
* No Pets
* No Disrespecting/ disturbing neighbors
* Parking only on Left side of Driveway only
* No loud noise or music past 9pm
* 11 am is LATEST Check out. **PLEASE NOTE: Late Check Out fees: $75 for every 30 min after 11 am.

Summary: The home was just lovely, and Amanda catered to our every need. We enjoyed the hot tub, and our grandchildren loved all the toys and games. We will definitely stay again when we visit family in Worcester!

Summary: This place was perfect for us, visiting family for Thanksgiving but needing our own place to stay. Clean, spacious, well equipped and very comfortable beds. The owner was very responsive resolving minor issues. We will definitely look to stay here again when we return to the area.

Summary: We currently stayed at this location to go see some family. We’re from out of state, but my husband is a Massachusetts native. The house is in a good area of Worcester, far enough from the inner city, but not so far away from things to do. The grocery store was right down the street. The new sports center for the Woo Sox was right down the street as well if you’re into that. Also, the Worcester Art Museum, The Worcester Discovery Center/EcoTarium, plenty of nearby restaurants (we recommend The Sole), and we were maybe five minutes away from the highway that took us every where we needed to go outside of Worcester. The awesome collapsed cave, Purgatory Chasm, was maybe 15 minutes away, and after that, we were able to go to a creamery that made and sold ice cream, just a mile down the road from Purgatory Chasm. The house we stayed at was AMAZING. The house did not have central air, but since it’s Massachusetts, we didn’t really need it for the downstairs. We were out during the day, and relaxed at the house at night. The property had pots, pans, oil, spices, and snacks already stocked, which was great when we first got there. Our 2 and 4yr old had a blast playing with all the awesome toys and games provided. The house was pristine. Detailed Instructions were provided in a binder if there was an issue with any of the technology, or if we had to go down to the basement to do our wash. Yes, a washer and dryer is on the property that we used. The upstairs bedrooms had AC units in the rooms, which was nice since our family has different preferences. Bed linen and pillows were in abundance, along with places to sleep. One of our children wasn't doing well by herself in the bedroom at night, so we used a cot that was provided and put it next to the bed in the master bedroom, so it was like a slumber party for us and our kids. The next door neighbors introduced themselves as the property managers, and would make conversation of how our stay was if they saw us, simply to make sure we were enjoying our stay, and let us know to knock on their door if we needed anything. Amanda was a great hostess. Everything we would need was already there at the home. If I needed anything, she was a text message away, and made sure we had the best stay possible. We’re already planning our trip to go back and hopefully to stay at this property again, we loved it that much! So if you ever go to South Central Massachusetts, and looking for a place to stay, this is it!

Summary: I booked this house for my daughter, her husband and three children (six -year-old twins and a four-year-old boy) while in town for a wedding. The extra room next to the living room was a good place for the kids to play. They enjoyed the toys, books and art supplies Amanda had tucked in cubbies. Mom and Dad, as well as the kids, enjoyed the hot tub and the large brick patio. The house is nicely decorated for adults and still kid-friendly. I would book this house again if in the area.

Summary: This home was a real gem! It is a spacious, charming, updated, full of little details (flowers upon our arrival, bath products for our use), home that really felt like home. We had work in Worcester and came home exhausted every evening, and we were so grateful to find this wonderful home to relax in. The beds were super comfy, living room, kitchen and dining room were all wonderful, beautifully decorated and just cozy. We really enjoyed our stay and will hands-down stay here again when we are in town if it’s available! Great location too!!! Thank you so much for having us. We loved your home!!!

Summary: Our family stayed the week of Christmas...Amanda and Rich have thought of everything...There were some great holiday decorations which were so thoughtful..Their home was extremely comfortable and spacious with attention to the atmosphere being peaceful...We had some company who also noticed what a calm and restful spot it was.. Amanda was very easy to reach but honestly we didn't have many questions...There was a friendly neighbor who took care of a little snow that fell.. We hope to stay again...Thank you Amanda and Rich
