Positive: Excellent high dollar colonial style home on a large rural lot.

Negative: The front door sticks. After I entered the code and the door didn’t easily open I thought I was doing something wrong entering the code so I tried multiple times. That became frustrating. The rubber seal at the bottom of the door needs replaced and the door adjusted. The house should not be listed as a 5 bedroom. There is a very small room just big enough to fit a baby crib, which was in the room. That shouldn’t be counted as a bedroom.
