You have exclusive use of the large downstairs APARTMENT STYLE residence which is independent from upstairs, is private and includes your own self-contained cooking facilities and under cover outdoor alfresco area, equipped with BBQ.
PLEASE NOTE , this is NOT a 3 Qbed house but an apartment on the lower floor of the house.

This luxury apartment style accommodation caters perfectly for those wanting a relaxing weekend or an extended holiday. Enjoy walking along the pristine beach of the Sunset Coast, perfect for swimming, surfing, snorkelling and boating. We are 1.5kms from Hillarys Boat Harbour, which offers restaurants, cafes and bars, family entertainment such as The Great Escape, AQWA, the Naturaliste Marine Discovery Centre and Rottnest Fast Ferries. Five star pub "The Breakwater".
Our license does not permit us to host functions (parties/celebrations etc).

Summary: We returned to Sorrento Beach Retreat for the month of March. Howard and Jen are great hosts and go out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The accommodation is first class in a fantastic location just minutes from the beach, what more can we ask for? We will be back next year.

Summary: Clean, bright, spacious - everything we needed was there and the host was very helpful. Good base for going to other places - particularly Rottnest, from Hilary's boat harbour and Fremantle.

Summary: I stayed here with my brother and his sun. There was a good communication in front so when we arrived Howard was waiting for us. He gave us a very welcome feeling. He showed us around and was very easy to communicate with during our stay. The apartment was spacious and clean. All the 3 bedrooms are a great size and the beds are very good to sleep in. There is a nice and big outside area with barbecue. There is not a real kitchen but enough equipment to cook your meal. Freddie the lovely and friendly cat payed us regularly a visit which we loved as catalovers. There is a busstop nearby to bring you to Sorrento Harbour or Perth centre. We enjoyed the hospitality and the way Howard and Freddie gave us a homely feeling. There is really nothing that I have to complain about. Thank you Howard for everything and if we come back to Perth we definitely book again!

Summary: The Sorrento Beach Retreat was the best stay on our 4 week tour in WA. Howard is very friendly and helpful. The apartment has been very large and clean too. Hillarys Boat Harbour is a 20min walk along beaches.

Summary: We had a marvellous time. Very hospitable and helpful hosts. For example persuaded us to train into town from nearby Warwick station rather than drive. Very easy to do and saved us parking costs. Wonderful weather and great walks along nearby beach. Restaurant precinct at Hillary’s is close by and walkable for coffee and breakfast. We definitely hope to be back again soon.
