On the beach! Block Island ‘s classic character has drawn summer lovers since the 1800s. Over half of the island is conservancy land—walking trails, isolated beaches and dirt roads. With water views out every window, Hannah’s Hideaway is on the island’s most beautiful ocean beach, while still walking distance from town. The tidal pond behind the house has kayak and clamming access.
The house is family and pet friendly. All linens are provided, as well as boogie boards, paddle boards and beach chairs. Good wifi but NO TV! Laze in hammocks and rediscover peace and love.

Summary: A short walk to town, right across from the beach, you won't have to get in your car once after arriving at this beach house. You hear the waves at night, and enjoy the beautiful interior design of this quintessential beach cottage.

Summary: Immediately relax and catch-up with family. Easy access to beach and restaurants. Kitchen fully appointed to make meals/eat in. Outdoor shower was very useful. Paddle board from the back of the property, or carry the board across the street for ocean paddling. Water was perfect temperature for swimming and playing. Also, fun to watch the surfers, enjoy sunset and stargazing. Thank you Claudia for a wonderful stay!

Summary: Great location close to beaches and town . . . yet a peaceful and picturesque setting among the harbor ponds. So we really enjoyed a morning coffee on the front porch and an evening glass of wine on the back porch!

Summary: Hannah's hideaway is a wonderful place to relax and connect with your people in a magical setting. Claudia is kind and helpful. Walking to the beach, town, grocery store and restaurants made logistics easier. We all made memories that will last a lifetime.

Summary: 3rd year staying at this gorgeous property!! It never disappoints!! Love being able to paddle out the back door and run the dogs on the beach out the front door! The house is always clean, warm and inviting! It’s a home away from home;)
