Positive: The room was very well decorated and clean, there was a nespresso machine and a brita in the fridge. There was also a paper on the door with a map and recommended some places to go, which was very sweet
Negative: The water pressure in the shower wasn’t great

Positive: An interesting room that offers more than the standard hotel. The neighborhood was pleasant and authentic. We loved getting back to it after a day in Manhattan. People were all friendly here.
Negative: The bed was too soft for me. The airconditioning too loud for the night, but more than welcome. Apart from the glasses, cups and knives, 2 plates would have been convenient.
Summary: We loved the charm and the character of the house, which is less anonymous than most hotels.

Positive: The guest house is cozy, comfy and stylish. In the house you can notice much culture and is beautifully decorated. It is located in a nice part of Harlem where it's easy to walk around and enjoy local amenities. Central Park is also near. The host is polite and responsive. Truly worth the price. I appreciated the cold water, tea, coffee and chocolate selection.
Negative: Really tiny things like WhatsApp response, checkin and other minor things may make the stay even better.

Positive: The pretiest place we've been in New York. We were received by Karen who was super friendly and gave us tips for our trip. The internet was good and everything was really clean and well maintained.
Negative: There are some areas in harlen that don't look so safe, but from the metro to the property is a 5 minutes walk through a main avenue and then the nice neighborhood - we didn't have any problems.

Positive: Very clean, quiet, nice decoration, good internet, good location and quite good value for money (for NY always). I requested a fridge and some extra utensils and they were given to me. Also, the room was cleaned regularly.
Negative: No curtains, so you wake up with the lights. Shower head is too low, if you are higher than 170cm you have to kneel. The room is already small but it also has a high big bed and a giant set of drawers (a bit useless) in the middle that block a lot of space, so you constantly have to move things around and be careful not to bump into something. I felt a bit "trapped". A few hangers on the walls would also help to distribute your clothing. Otherwise the room was comfy.
