Positive: Beautifully decorated , clean and tidy . High quality of soaps and shampoos .

Negative: Usually B&B you’d expect a cooked breakfast . However there are no hosts on site and it’s a help yourself to a continental style breakfast . Jam and orange juice not the highest quality .

Positive: lovely clean room, very comfortable. Breakfast self help of juice, cereal and toast was fine for us. Very convenient place to stay as frequent buses on the main road into Oxford.

Positive: Very friendly staff, location close to main roads. Comfy beds and nice room.

Negative: Breakfast selection was good but nothing fancy. When arriving just make sure you know the street and house number — there’s no sign whatsoever outside for guidance.

Positive: Good location for Oxford / park & ride for Oxford. Technically, it's also handy for London ( via Oxford Train station) Sainsbury's opposite also Super soft and cosy bed Immaculately clean. Seriously.....immaculate. Higher end tiles / bed / decor / furniture . Very nice. WiFi available and decent speed. The room on the top floor has lovely windows which open to really air the room. Plus does have it's own bathroom of a decent size. Other rooms share a bathroom so be mindful ! Genuinely a good stay and would definitely go back again.

Negative: NOT an issue for us; however this is technically an unmanned residential place, with no reception as such. Looks like a normal house on an estate, so not obvious it's a B and B. Breakfast is ' help your self ' to cereal and toast ...with juice tea coffee. I'm fine with this as I just wanted to "wake....eat....go out". You meet someone to handover the key at the start of your stay. A friendly welcome. Parking is possible but not always on the drive way which holds space for two cars. Parking on the road possible, but can make you feel nervous ( as you don't want to annoy the neighbours by blocking their drive way access ) or parking on the corner bend. Car lovers might have an issue with this. TV remote didn't work. No live TV. Only able to watch anything by casting from my mobile phone. Not an issue for me as I was able to cast from the ITVx app with no issues. They do have netflix on the TV ( but we couldn't make use of they as the remote didn't work to select the movie we wanted to see !! ) batteries !?! Some rooms would " share " a bathroom. We had a private bathroom as was we were on the very top floor so no issues for us. Room was very large and met all our expectations. Neighbours next door played the same endless song ( boom boom boom ), but thankfully turned it off at 7pm so we did sleep very well indeed.
