3 Bedroom Villa in Fairy Valley Rock, Oistins

Our happy place. Spacious, private and fully renovated property close to Oistins. Single level, clean and well maintained, private outdoor spaces with lush greenery and palm trees.
3 large bedrooms each with a queen size bed, AC, ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. Direct access to the private patio/deck and pool (14' x 28'), BBQ/Grill, loungers and outdoor dining areas. The 6' exterior deck awning offers protection from the sun and rain. The house also includes an additional 1/2 bath powder room, office, and laundry room with washer/dryer. AC in the bedrooms for sleeping, with ceiling and floor fans throughout. High speed internet and free local calls.

Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, close to the ocean with magnificent sea views and cool breezes. Several beaches, golf, surfing, restaurants, bars/rum shops, supermarket, fish market, local produce, and the famous Friday Night Fish Fry, are located nearby.
The modern kitchen has an island for food preparation, breakfast bar & seating, new appliances (large fridge with freezer/ice maker, gas stove), microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and is well equipped with dishes, glassware, pots/pans, utensils, cutlery.
Relax in the 'Great Room', a family room setting in the center of the house that opens up to a TV room on one side and dining room on the other. The open concept space is great to relax, read a book, play games or enjoy a meal with a view of the sea.
Upon arrival you will be welcomed with a complimentary refreshment by our Property Manager June who will familiarize you with the house and answer any questions you may have. Should you require additional information or concerns arise during your stay, June is only a phone call away (243-1570).
ZR mini-vans ($3.50 Bds or $1.75 US) run up and down the coast road as do local buses in/out of Bridgetown. Taxi pick-ups / drop-offs to the beach, restaurants, airport or other destinations, including island tours, can be arranged. Car hire is not a must but recommended if you want to explore.
The house limit is 6, but 7 may be considered with prior approval and an extra cost of $35 US per person/per night with a single cot available.
No events or parties. No smoking.
Electricity charge of $0.65/per kWh applies over the 30 kWh daily allowance included in the nightly rate. Meter usage will be recorded upon arrival and at departure.
Check-in / check-out times are flexible depending on availability. Check-in or check-out before 7 am or after 8 pm will be subject to a service charge of $50 US ($100 BDS) payable directly to our Property Manager upon arrival/departure.
The Barbados Revenue Authority (BRA) mandatory nightly tax of 10% (USD) will be applied to the nightly rate at time of booking.

Summary: A break with 2 daughters and one of their boyfriends - great for entertaining another family we know that stayed a mile or so away - the pool and barbecue made it great for evenings by the pool as the sun went down. 3 double rooms with en-suites were very comfortable and the kitchen facilities were fantastic Would highly recommend and will be coming back again for sure

Summary: We had a wonderful holiday. Enjoyed all the attractions that the island has to offer. The house is superbly equipped and the location is perfect. Drinking my morning coffee near the pool enjoying the breeze and the silence, only interrupted at times by some airplanes, has been one of the greatest pleasures. My children have enjoyed the sea and the pool from the first day to the last. We are very grateful to Katherine, June and Kiana. We will definitely return to "It is what it is."

Summary: The villa is lovely with everything you could require , the property manager ( June ) was really helpful, the only downside was a neighbouring property had dogs that barked all day and night, we were woken several times at 3.00am , so take some ear plugs.

Summary: We enjoyed our visit a f stay. The house is set up nicely with lots of areas to hang out but we spent most of our time out by the pool! We got daily visitors of baby goats, bigs, and horses from a farm up the road and our two year old thought it was quite fun! You sit up on a hill so the breeze and views were nice but I’d definitely recommend having a car since the hill has a large turn it’s not the safest to walk anywhere. We would come back again, very comfortable for 4 adults and a 19 month old!

Summary: We've just had a most wonderful 2-week stay at this lovely home. The most appreciated elements for us were the cleanliness, and the pool. The house was just spotless - in the cupboards and out; from linen to sofas, bathrooms to dustbins. What a difference it makes!! The housekeeping service was fantastic, upping our stay to a bit of a hotel experience in that sense. The pool was absolutely divine and was really the main pull for us to have booked your home - it is clean, spacious and private: none of which are taken for granted having considered many other properties. The house is located close to the airport which was a little bit of a surprise for us as being in the flight path meant additional background noise, but the relaxed vibes of the island must have been effective, as none of us were greatly disturbed by this! Communication (with the owners) was outstanding, I've never had such efficient and prompt responses out of many years of globe trotting and holiday bookings - many thanks for this! A suggestion would be sharing a 'location pin' as it was difficult to find the place the first time with the street name not really known even amongst locals. Linens were generous and high quality; kitchen cupboards were immaculate, and the neighbourhood was calm and serene. What more?! Thank you Katherine and Doris.

Summary: What a lovely home this was. A short drive from the airport and about a 10 minute drive to Miami Beach. We were met there by June who was very efficient and helped us with all of our needs. The house was very clean and comfortable. The pool area was our favorite spot. Tea out on the pool deck in the morning and a swim after the beach. The house was well equipped with anything you needed. The only thing I would add would be a toaster oven so that you didn't have to turn the oven on to heat up a small item. We spoke with Doris most times and she was great to deal with. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We have thoroughly enjoyed our 10 night stay in Barbados! The house is ideal for 2 or 3 couples; with the 3 double rooms all with en suite. Located close to Oistins; St Lawrence Gap; Hastings and Bridgetown although nowhere on the island is too far to travel. Close proximity to the airport means it’s only a 10 minute journey to the house and, whilst you occasionally hear aircraft noise, it doesn’t impact detrimentally - even when relaxing by the pool. The house itself is well appointed, with everything you need for a self catering holiday, however there are dozens of quality restaurants within a 15-20 minute drive. Bar 557 at Carters Gap, is less than 10 minutes away, and we’ll worth a visit!! We will definitely be coming back to Barbados, and would be more than happy to rent this property again. Summary: Very nice, clean and up to date house on a quiet street. Good location - easy to get into Oistins and access to both east and west coast beaches. The pool was great for the kids. The only thing to flag is that it's close to the airport so sometimes you can hear the planes taking off / landing. That didn't interfere at all with our enjoyment, but you can hear them, sometimes at night / very early morning. On the plus side, it was a very short ride for our 6:30am flight! The property manager, June, was very responsive and dealing with the owners was equally pleasant and easy. Definitely recommend!
