This south facing apartment is on an elevated site with stunning sea and mountain views, with its villas dotted here and there across the mountain, and can be seen from every window. There is also a 22 sq m terrace, fully equipped with dining table/chairs for 6 people and 2 sunbeds with large umbrella if you decide to take to the shade for the hottest part of the day. As the sun shines on this terrace all day long, this is a great spot to watch the sun rise as the boats go out to sea or watch them come back in with all their catch as the sun sets. This prime fully equipped apartment (including WiFi)is set into the mountains is in a quiet tranquil setting and yet only 5 minutes from the extensive 5km beach on Mojacar Playa. The apartment is literally 5/10 minutes walk from all the local amenities-
best beach, supermarket, many bars. A wide variety of restaurants to choose from, bus services etc. Car hire not required but recommended if you want to fully appreciate the area. The apartment has its own designated parking space too. Bicycles can be hired locally if you so wish. A lift and stairs is available to this 4th floor apartment.
Inside this air conditioned of an apartment, we have a seperate kitchen fully equiped with Oven, Electric cooker, Microwave, full size Fridge Freezer, Washing machine, Iron, Ironing board,Coffee machine, Toaster.
The double bedroom is en suite.
The Single bedroom has one single bed and a set of bunk beds.
The ensuite bathroom is equipped with a bath, toilet, sink and bidet.
The main bathroomis equipped with a shower, toilet, sink and bidet
TV is both a spanish tv system (DTV) and satellite system with an extensive range of channels.
We have a wide variety of reading material also.
Towels and Beach towels are also supplied.
Please note that Christmas / New Year and Easter periods are based at the mid season rate.
These prices exclude a cleaning fee of €90 payable locally on arrival and can vary depending on when you stay and how long. Prices are also subject to change at the advertisers discretion.
Very close by are beautiful areas of interest such as Mojacar Pueblo (9km), port town of Garrucha (10km) Both are accessible by the local bus service, the fishing village of Villaricos (15km). In the other direction the spectacular coast road winds its way through the Cabo de Gata National Park towards Carboneras (21km)
Everything is within easy reach once you come onto the Playa which is 5-7 minutes walk downhill from the apartment.
There are 4 golf courses ranging between 2 and 15 minutes drive. Marina de la Torre 5700 metres Par 72.Desert Springs, world famous course - 6179 metres Par 72. Valle del Este 5751 metres Par 71. Cortijo Grande 5500 metres Par 72. Details and information can be found within the apartment.
There is a Water Park in the nearby town of Vera- about 20 minutes drive or you can also take the bus which stops just down from the apartment where it meets the Playa and runs regularly and on time!
A welcome pack can be arranged and available for you on arrival, which is also payable locally on foot of a receipt.
We can assist you with transport to and from the airport if required, from both Almeria, Murcia and Alicante airports. Transport costs are payable locally also.

Summary: Lovely Stay Apartment had everything you need for self catering needs even down to beach towels , just a five mini stroll to beaches resteraunts , cocktail bar ,cafes and wellness centre ie.massage and beauty treatments which hire bikes as well. Fantastic location bus right at the bottom of the hill, to travel to pueblo, water park and markets . Hope to be back one day!

Summary: The views from the balcony are fantastic (worth the steep climb to the property). The location is very good, only a short stroll to the beach and bars/restaurants. Communication with the owner was also very good. We were a bit disappointed with the inside of the apartment as it was a bit dark with lots of unmatched furniture. We felt it did need a bit of an update, especially for the price. Although we didn’t try very hard, we couldn’t get any tv channels in English. The WiFi worked well. It was a real bonus to have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The a/c unit in the living area wasn’t working properly so it was particularly hot and meant we couldn’t really use this area (although we were outside a lot). Although we enjoyed the balcony and views, it would be better to have a canopy rather than a parasol, as it can get very windy (we were worried about the parasol blowing over/off the balcony). The pool is pleasant and a short walk away, but isn’t particularly suitable for sunbathing. It was useful to have equipment/towels we could take to the beach. Overall, we enjoyed it but thought it could have been much better.

Summary: Really enjoyed our stay. Terrace is great for sun worshippers, you can literally get the sun all day, although does get too hot in the afternoon but big enough to get under the umbrellas for the shade. Found it really quiet but a few of the adjacent apartments were unoccupied. Apartment is well equipped & is spacious. It's ideally situated, a 5 minute walk downhill to the front (I timed it), however, harder work coming back up.....if you are walking, the last 50 metres is challenging. Plenty of parking available if you don't fancy the walk!! Linda was very informative & accommodating for our early flight. Also helped us with a lift from the airport, Pat was an absolute star....so efficient. Would definitely consider going again & would highly recommend.

Summary: Lovely well equipped property with an amazing terrace and fabulous views. We have just returned from a great two week stay here. The owner Linda was fabulous and easy to contact and so very helpful. Also Pat who organised our taxi transfers and much appreciated shopping order was fantastic. Highly recommend and our only issue was due to our old age 🤣 we found the hill to the property too difficult and sadly due to this will not be able to return. Thank you so much Linda, you are an amazing host and we had the best of time in Mojacar ❤️

Summary: We had a fabulous stay at the apartment. Great views from the large terrace which is sunny all day long as south facing. Great location, just a 4/5 minute walk down the hill to the the closest bars/restaurants and the bus stop, which is handy for going up to the Pueblo (just over one Euro). Linda/Pat on hand if you have any issues - we didn't have any but took advantage of their local knowledge for recommendations. Thank you.

Summary: This apartment is in a fabulous location, eight minutes walk from the beach, bars and restaurants. The terrace is a good size. There was plenty of room for five of us and the view of the sea and the mountains is superb. The beds were comfortable and there was always plenty of hot water for a shower. The air conditioning unit in the lounge was not working. Although an engineer came out to take a look it wasn’t fixed by the time we left. Pat, the local contact, was very helpful.
