Summary: Totally worth staying at this location. Brian is amazing and his home is beautiful. Sit out back on the huge deck that can set up to 6 and enjoy the amazing views of the ocean go out front and over look all of Pensacola and also see the beautiful beach.

Summary: From the very start, communication was the best I’ve ever received! Brian reached out to make sure we were squared away before our trip even started. As it was our first time in Pensacola, we had a lot of questions, Brian was extremely helpful in finding places to eat and recommended things to do while visiting, which came in handy during one of the days it had rained. His condo is in the most amazing location, across the street from a lively boardwalk with shops and restaurants, and just a 5 minute walk to the beach. We loved the gated community and felt very safe the entire stay. The condo had breathtaking views of the boardwalk, ocean and harbor, complete with comfortable seating on the balcony to watch the sun set. The condo was quiet, the beds were very comfortable, and everything was well stocked. We ranged in age from 17-61, there was room for us to stretch out and plenty to do. If you stay Sunday night, be sure to watch the Blue Angles fly over the beach on their way home, what a sight! We will definitely be staying here again.

Summary: This was the perfect unit for Mardi Gras weekend. The rental was one of the cleanest I’ve stayed in, the view was amazing, and the owner is very personable and communicative. I 100% recommend booking this condo for any type of getaway!
