This house has one large living space on the main level, kitchen, 1/2 bath, and garage. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Laundry in the basement. Bike path & greenbelt are just steps away from the front yard and runs for miles and miles!

Summary: House was located great for us as our time was spent in HRanch and Littleton. Bed was comfortable and dinning area is spacious. Garage space is nice also. We prefer to cook in and the kitchen worked for us but it is in need of an update. We were bummed to not have access to an outdoor grill. 2 bathrooms upstairs is a great feature. We did not use the basement.

Summary: We stayed at this rental with our pet while our permanent home was getting its carpet steam cleaned. It was perfect. We even got to take in a Thursday night Broncos football game on the high-def TV in the family room....and they even won for a change.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay in Highlands Ranch. The house was very nice, clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed it's location so near the walking paths. Thank you Shane for a wonderful stay. Especially loved your books on the coffee table. I read the Pat Conroy book during our stay and really enjoyed it.

Summary: This home is located in a very quiet area which is also near a beautiful walking path. It is also near shopping and restaurants which made it very handy. The home is furnished well and is great for a large family or 2 small families to share. The basement “theatre/game” room is wonderful! It is a great place to gather and spend time together. We had a short question for the owner and the response was quick and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this home for any type of visit to the area.

Summary: This house is on a nice quiet cul-de-sac right next to a walking/biking path. The full kitchen was nice for preparing our own breakfasts and a dinner, and we had plenty of private space in the bedrooms and baths. A good rental for families, with a basement family/tv/movie room. It was easy to get on the main roads to access shopping and sightseeing trips from the neighborhood. Shane was a good host and very responsive to our questions and needs!
