Unit includes everything but you and your guests, and you will find this unit to be very quiet, peaceful and relaxing after a long day at the beach or the golf course.

Summary: The condo was the perfect distance away from the crowds of South Padre. After long days on the beach, we stopped for food and took the short drive back to Laguna Vista to our quiet condo. My husband and I sat on the screened back porch over over looking the water every night.

Summary: Beautiful neighborhood! Very clean place to stay! So quiet and relaxing! Beautiful view outside the back door. Everything you need is included at this place…laundry facilities…towels…full kitchen…absolutely perfect!!

Summary: The unit was very clean and looked nicer than the photos depicted. We enjoyed coffee on the patio in the mornings while watching the ducks, fish and turtles. It was very quiet and relaxing, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were spacious. The kitchen was well equipped, though we didn't cook any meals. We arrived about an hour before check-in time and the owner was very accommodating. He allowed us to check-in early by unlocking the door via an app. I would definitely stay here again!

Summary: We had a great time staying at this beautiful townhome. It was immaculate and well-equipped with just about anything you might need for a nice vacation. The beds were very comfortable and we loved sitting on the screened-in porch watching birds and fish in the pond. The complex has a nice pool and is just a short drive to town and the beach. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet and a great alternative to the hustle and bustle of Padre Island. Prospective guests should know that though there are smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, you need to bring your own streaming device and use your own subscription - no cable or other TV service is provided. The access codes for were provided well in advance and worked perfectly for us. My only suggestion is to put a strip of safety tape on the step in the garage - I missed it a couple times and almost fell. I definitely recommend this condo as a primo place to stay and would gladly return! Thanks Victor for a great stay!
