This 2 bedroom, 2 bath Gulf-front retreat is beautifully appointed with newer furnishings and mattresses and is fully stocked with everything you need to make your stay more enjoyable. This property is on the 2nd floor, which gives you expansive views but is close to the elevator for your convenience.

We loved having the pull out sofa so that we could spread out and have plenty of room for our family of five. Beach was beautiful and our kids enjoyed the pool. Select Vacation Rental staff was extremely responsive and helpful when needed...like when we wanted to extend our vacation and extra night because we just didn’t want to leave. We had a great time in a great condo.

We re-booked for next year.The elevator was out of service which was tough checking in and out but we managed. In both bathrooms there is a part missing with the sink drainage capability that should be checked out.

It is clean and perfectly furnished for 6 guests, with everything you need to be comfortable. It is also just steps away from the Starbucks, Doc Fords, and the convenience store at the entrance to the South Seas Island Resort. They had beach essentials for our long days at the beach, including a boogie board and sand toys for the kids. We sat in the screened porch every evening watching the most stunning sunsets, after a full beach day where we would see dolphins, manatees and manta rays swimming just steps from us. We will absolutely be returning to Captiva Island and will stay again at 2424 Beach Villa.
