Negative: Price vs quality of room. Very old sagging mattress. Coffee maker didnt work. Golf cart rules. Take out our own trash on checkout

Positive: Comfortable, nice pool and grilling area. Short walk to beach.
Negative: The kitchen was under stocked. We had no pot holders, one small square dishtowel, and we had to buy a can opener (we left it there).
Summary: The staff was especially helpful and we had a great beach getaway - we would book this unit again!
