Centrally located in the Lorne premier residential area, this 1950’s limestone cottage is set in its own private garden with an attractive outside eating area. Just a short stroll through 218 and its beautiful secluded garden puts you within easy reach of Lorne Point surfing beach, main swimming beach, shops, restaurants, hotels, theatre or the pier.
Inside, the cottage has 2 bedrooms from the central entrance hallway, one with a QS bed and view of garden, a second bedroom has 2 single beds; both have chests of drawers, while the bathroom has a shower, toilet and hand basin. Linen and towels can be provided for a reasonable one off linen fee of $25 per bedroom. Heating is electric.
The kitchen sitting room is well appointed with TV, microwave, electric coffee maker, jug, toaster, fry pan, hot point, old dresser with crockery, teapots and glassware as well as water jug with tumblers.
Secure on- site parking is provided beside the cottage entrance; park next to the small yellow gate that’s the entrance to the cottage garden. The outside eating area has a very popular Weber barbeque.
For those with special needs you can also walk 3 doors to the Lorne Hospital where they have a medical centre and a dialysis facility. Location is excellent and travellers are given friendly assistance.
