Summary: Stephen and Selena went out of their way to make certain we felt welcomed, and they went the extra mile to meet the needs of our family. We so appreciate the much needed time spent to reconnect as a family. Their home is spacious yet cozy, making it feel welcoming. We enjoyed the game room, the big table for family meals, and board games, the spacious living room with extra seating, and the cozy wood burning stove. We admired all of the outdoor amenities (patio with fire pit, disc golf, hiking trails, playground, etc.) but did not get to enjoy them to their fullest because of the weather. We would like to return when the weather is better to explore the outdoors there.

Summary: Our stay was a family reunion of sorts. My mother, her kids, and her grandkids, as well as a great grandkid. There was plenty of beds and space to spread out for our family. My brother was nervous about there only being 1 tv, but none of us even noticed. There was so much to do during our 3 night stay. We spent our days outside in the park like yard and went for several hikes through the woods. We hope to stay here again next year if they'll have us!

Summary: Quiet rural setting with many acres of trails and playground equipment and activities for all ages. Our 5-year old granddaughter loved it, as did the rest of us. The 3 main bedrooms and living area are on the first level as you walk in, which is convenient for older people who are not as ambulatory. You can cook meals in the nice kitchen if you like, but we mainly ate at restaurants in nearby towns like Adrian, which is about a 5-10 minute drive away. The nice owners live upstairs and have their own separate entrance, but be advised that you may hear them walking overhead at times. It was no issue to us but some people who may think they have the whole house to themselves may not like this, Also be advised that the road where VRBO is located is not paved, but if you go slowly on it you'll be fine. Many chances to observe wildlife if you like that sort of thing -- deer, chipmunks, rabbits, woodchucks, etc were plentiful.

Summary: We were in town for our daughter's college graduation. We had 6 from out of town. The house was roomy - everyone was quite comfortable. The property was beautiful. Took a couple morning walks and enjoyed deer and rabbits along the way. Far enough out to have peace and quiet, but close enough to town to access stores and restaurants. Kids had a blast in the game room - the old folks kind of enjoyed it too. If we every have occasion to return to Adrian, we will definitely look to book this place again.

Summary: The location of this property is absolutely amazing and for the most part everything was perfect. My only issues are that we didn't find out until after booking that the property is shared with renters living upstairs. This to me is an issue and should be shared before booking. When you rent a Vacation Rental you don't expect people to be onsite. The other small issues are the towels were not fresh and crunchy and the game room was filled with spider webs. All minor issues compared to the amazing feature this property has to offer.
