Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is great for a big group. However, there are several things that need to be addressed and communicated up front. The house was dusty and dirty, the shower light was out. The guest bedroom had a blow up mattress and there was another family in the guest house. We should have been communicated these last two things.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, very large house for the 13 of us. It was stocked with paper plates, cups, coffee and water etc. There was even a little snack basket. The only complaint was the mattresses in the 4 out of the 5 bedrooms. We are older adults who didn’t prefer to sleep on blow up mattress or a sunken in bed. A few of us have back problemsThe King bedroom was enormous with its own bathroom, and the bed was fine. I would invest in better bedding for the guest.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place needs quite a bit of touching up on the outside and the inside is better but needs a real deep clean. The owner stays in the cottage 10feet from the deck so privacy is limited. The blow up bed makes no sense and the deck furniture was too dirty to use. The management company did refund us enough to make it palatable but I would not rent this place unless it’s a last resort. It is an easy drive to the stadium and it could be nice with some TLC.
