Summary: We enjoyed being together as a family for our 2 year old grandson’s pre-birthday celebration! Jacksonville is a great town; the beach is beautiful! We enjoyed the beach each day, table games in the evenings after the baby was asleep, a few walks in the neighborhood (although one walk had to be cut short due to neighbors being very hung-ho about lighting off big fireworks in the street. ) Close to lots of grocery stores and restaurants. We grilled burgers one night; excellent takeout Thai one night… Would have loved to have an outdoor hose to rinse off more sand after each beach visit. (We tried to be really careful about the sand. ) Thanks, Kayla, for responding to all questions quickly!
