Open plan kitchen, dining and lounge with air conditioned split system heating and cooling with ceiling fans in lounge, dining and main bedroom. Toilet separate from bathroom. Main bedroom with Queen bed, 2nd bedroom 2 x single bunk beds = 4 persons for total of 6 persons. Double sofa bed in lounge if you would like to bring a couple of extras for total of 8 persons. Outdoor back decking entertainment area with 6 person spa to relax and unwind together with wall mounted TV you can relax and watch from the spa and outdoor setting. Hooded BBQ. All linen and bedding supplied with beds all freshly made with clean towels ready for your arrival. Extra towels for spa use. Porta cot and high chair available available on request. Fish cleaning facilities outside. TV's in lounge, dining and outside decking area.

Summary: The property was clean and tidy and was a lovely place to stay. The only negative was the sofa bed, was very well used and not very comfortable. Luckily was only used for 1 night. Other than that, no complaints.

Summary: Start with the wifi had no name when tried to connect there was like 10 other wifi so didnt no what one as there was only a password. Air con held up by a screw the worst part every day getting woken up around 6:30am due to loud foot step from owners walking around up stairs soa snelt bad aafter three days and some jets dont work or the liggt i really like the llace but being woken up every day we wont be returning
