2 Bedroom Apartment in Antibes

This beautiful 95 sq m apartment is on the 2nd floor of a secure gated building, complete with lifts, gardens and swimming pool. Both bedrooms, lounge and kitchen lead out to a 30 sq m terrace which boasts a spectacular 180 degree view from the snow covered Alps on the left to the stone walls of the old Provençal city on the right and the azure waters of the Mediterranean stretching out before you.
Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and a modern en-suite with walk in shower enclosure. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and a modern en-suite with bath. Both bedrooms have ample storage. The Lounge has seating for 4 plus Dining Table and 4 chairs, TV, DVD Player and Internet Access. We have a large collection of DVD's and ample supply of Books and Games.
The spacious Terrace has a large table with 6 chairs plus additional sofa seating. The apartment has marble/tiled floors throughout and electric shutters on all windows. Electrically operated blinds span the terrace to protect from the sun.
If you can tear yourselves away from the panoramic views from our terrace, then a 15 min walk will take you to the port and the old town, or the local bus stops immediately outside the gate.
Antibes Railway Station is 1/2 km from our apartment and offers easy access to Nice, Cannes, Monaco and Italy.
You will be greeted at the apartment by our Agent who will be available for help and advice for the duration of your stay. Arrivals after 2100 hrs will be subject to an additional £40.

Summary: The property is light and airy with fantastic views over the Port of Antibes. There is ample space to move around and not be under anybody else’s feet. The kitchen has everything you could want, and there is a large amount of furniture on the balcony to let you watch the sun come up or enjoy a sun-downer in the evening. A small supermarket is about a 10-minute walk and the Old Town with its fabulous shops and wonderful restaurants is about 15-20 minutes walk. The beds are comfortable and the bedrooms are very light and beautifully decorated. There is no air conditioning in the property, but due to the sizeable sliding glass doors and the fans that were provided, this was not a major issue, even in July.

Summary: We have stayed in this amazing house for a week. The house is really as you see in the photos, very spacious and comfortable. There an amazing terrace with a stunning view of Antibes. In the house there is everithing you need for a holiday. My daughter felt in love with the spices that Helen has in the kitchen. The place is silent and not very far from the Centre, you can go on foot. Finally they’re a swimming pool that you can use coming back from the beach. We fell like our home. I think that we will come again. Thank you Helen.

Summary: This is the most fantastic spacious apartment with two bedrooms. The views from the fabulous balcony are amazing and the walk into town incredibly easy. The shared swimming pool is extremely clean and well-maintained. Whilst a car is a bonus, the train and bus services are very efficient and easy to access affording an opportunity to explore the area. I thoroughly recommend this apartment as a holiday destination.

Summary: This apartement is a perfect and beautiful base. We loved the detail, and didn’t want for a thing. Just glorious to wake up to the sunrise over the med and take it in with a coffee. And to return and sit on the balcony of a night just bliss. Barely a 10 minute walk to the train station and buses if you are venturing out of Antibes but lovely to walk into the old town or wander the marina.
