Great location, perfect for the business person or fans in town for a Gator game or function.
Weekly/Monthly DiscountsThis quiet two bedroom two and a half bath unit has a spacious 2 story floor plan. The floor plan features a large living room with dedicated dining area, open kitchen, separate laundry area, spacious bedrooms, and bathrooms, with tub and shower combos and screened porch. The couch has a pullout sleeper. Large Flat panel 49 inch HD TV in the living room and the bedrooms have 32-inch flat-panel televisions. The screened porch has two loungers and a table and is a great place for your morning coffee. The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs. Washer and Dryer are located in the laundry closet. Summary: Everything about this condo was perfect for us! We came for a Gator football weekend and the location was close to campus, close to food/groceries. The condo was clean and set up well for 2 couples. Communication and details about the condo was easy to understand. Definitely would stay here again.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was comfortable and updated and clean. The location isn't walkable to retail establishments, but it's a great spot if you have a car. Very safe! We would definitely stay here again.
