Positive: The apartment is clean and spacious for four people. The kitchen utensils are good except the scratched pan and over burned pots. The location is good. The owner is responsive.
Negative: We had a very bad experience with the apartment gate entry. Our new car was slammed by the gate when we were entering because the gate was swing open and close. So everyone should be very careful when you go in.

Positive: We loved that it was a gated community made us feel a little safer especially visiting Houston, Texas for the first time.
Negative: As a leasing agent, I naturally notice the small details, and while the space was cute and comfortable overall, there were several minor issues that stood out. We noticed stains on the bedroom curtain and blanket, a leaking sink covered with a paper towel, and a flickering light bulb in the main bathroom that had to be removed. Some blinds were missing, and there was glass in the corner near the toilet. The ceiling fans in both bedrooms were noisy, and the bathroom fans were loud as well. There was also a towel with what looked like a cigarette burn, and a broken plastic piece in the fridge. We also had trouble connecting the Roku. While these things didnโ€™t ruin our stay, they did add up. If these details were fixed, Iโ€™d consider staying again. However, for our next convention trip, weโ€™re leaning toward booking a hotel instead.

Positive: The location is good and close to subway, just 6-8 minutes by walking and within 15 minuets by UBER to George Brown Convention center. If there are some super market or stores nearby, would be great and more convenient.
Negative: The shower gel and the shampoo is not efficient for long stay and it is suggested to add more according to the stay time.
Summary: It is perfect experience generally for the first trip to USA and we will choose it definitely again

Positive: Location works for us to drive to the Convention Center each day. We like that each room had its own bathroom. The stay was comfortable, was there mainly to unwind in the evening. It worked perfectly for us
Negative: Everything was great. Area to make it even better would be: - since thereโ€™s coffee maker and filter, having coffee available to brew a pot would be awesome - the gate instruction wasnโ€™t easy. There was no QR code that I can find. And I finally figured out to enter the passcode by entering the โ€œdeliveryโ€ icon - maybe a keypad lock might be easier to access in and out - there were some patch up paint and didnโ€™t bother me, but the paint job wasnโ€™t of quality - the trash can could use a little wash down, there were residue on the rim and smelled a little
