Positive: Well equipped kitchen dishwasher and washing machine with built in dryer. Good bathroom facilities.. With shampoo and conditioner and soap dispenser.
Negative: Communication with property took far too long. Check-in was over an hour late even though I had stored luggage many hours before at 11 45 so at 4 pm... I still had no entry code and caused me to be late getting to a dinner appointment. No information on how to use washer dryer.. And no laundry liquid provided.

Positive: Well appointed apartment - tasteful decor, comfortable beds, all the kitchen utensils and linens needed for a lovely stay. Great light in a loft building. In-unit laundry very handy. Responsive management. Short walk to Chinatown, Roosevelt Ave, Millionaire’s Row —- an excellent home base.
Negative: Parking is expensive for what it is… but if you have a car here, it’s probably necessary.
