Summary: Modern interiors to cute cottage, no real outdoor space and you are not allowed to use the car space on the lot. The house is nice inside but a bit cobwebby. Location is reasonable but on street parking is a problem and very tight streets. Biggest issue for us was how cold the house was- didn’t really heat up in the 2 nights we were there. The elector radiator downstairs isn’t enough- it has a gas bayonet and a gas heater should be provided instead. Then it would be fine.

Summary: The house is very nice, the neighborhood also, in fact, everything is great however, there was so much rubbish left behind that the bins had their lids open and there were bags of rubbish next to the bins. Nowhrere for us to put our rubbish and recycling and nowhere to park our car as the rubbish took up part of the space. We emailed to advise but never got a reply. Some badly positioned door stops too!! to contact.

Summary: We really liked it … it’s a fantastic place in a great area. Convenient to the Balmain shops/restaurants and the ferry pickup point at Balmain East. It’s a bit noisy when cars drive by or when the neighbors are chatting, but that’s minor all things considered. Would definitely go back again.
