Summary: Best house we’ve stayed at in Venice so far! Very clean, great water pressure and hot water and AC did amazing. These are things that not all houseboats we’ve used could do. The covered deck was a great place to hang out. Will be coming back next year!!

Summary: The location is great, check-in process was easy, kitchen supplies available and the overall layout of the house was good, but there were some issues. The floors were dirty, the beds were uncomfortable, no seating on the back porch because the table was broken and the towels smelled bad. But, even with all the issues we found, we would consider staying here again because of the convenience, and I have a feeling most of the other places would have similar issues.
